I have over twenty years of experience in the agency business, marked by extraordinary growth stories. From expanding an agency’s team from 5 to 30 within five years to catapulting another from 50 to a staggering 550 in just six years, I’ve repeatedly demonstrated my ability to drive transformative growth.

In 2017, I undertook a new challenge as a partner at Foundry, an innovative software design agency. My leadership as President has been instrumental in quadrupling our revenue. This growth also won us a spot on the prestigious INC 5000 Fastest Growing Companies list for two consecutive years, 2020 and 2021. 

But I’m not just an agency leader. I’ve harnessed my deep industry knowledge to create and host the popular Schmidt List podcast and YouTube show, engaging with industry-leading figures in technology and design. My experience and insights were further solidified in 2023 when I published my first book, “The Little Book of Networking,” which swiftly became an Amazon bestseller in the Career Guides category.
