If you care about your team, show it.
You can\’t just say: \”Everyone in this Company must be customer-oriented\” and expect it to happen if you don\’t provide them with the proper environment and tools in which they can succeed. Mission and vision are not action items. They do not call the team to bring them to life, they don\’t build a strategy, they don\’t establish the milestones on your way there – and it\’s easy to lose sight of your goal once you start working towards it.
